Our travel agent, Patrice, can assist with booking your arrangements for our 15th Anniversary Celebration including airfare, hotel and transportation from San Jose del Cabo International Airport to your hotel as well as transportation back to the airport for your return home.
Are other hotels available besides the Recommended Hotels listed?
Yes. Our travel agent, Patrice, can provide you with other options to meet your needs and budget. However, for transportation to our events we can only arrange for service from these hotels.
Do I have to make my arrangements with your travel agent?
No. Feel free to book your travel on your own, however, Patrice is familiar with Cabo and our events schedule and is well suited to assist you in navigating travel and accommodations. For some travel packages, she also offers payment plans.
What airport should I fly into?
San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD) services Los Cabos, Mexico.
How long does it take to get to Cabo?
The flight to Los Cabos, Mexico from New York is approximately 6 hours and 15 minutes. Please check flight times if you are traveling outside of New York.
Will transportation to the events be provided?
Yes. Transportation for all of our Chad & Kim’s anniversary events will be provided to and from your hotel in Cabo if you select a Recommended Hotel.
Are all costs of Chad & Kim’s anniversary listed events covered?
Of course! No need to worry, we have got you covered. Please RSVP for each anniversary event by February 14, 2025 so that we can add you to our guest list for each event you plan to attend.
